Will I be able to use my Bumbler at Boba Tea Stores?
Yes! Majority of Boba stores support reusable cups as we wholesale to over 100 stores in the US alone. More and more stores are supporting this movement to reduce singe-use plastic waste everyday. Some stores even offer incentives or discounts to bring in a reusable cup. We have gotten feedback from consumers that they will choose one store over another because they accept reusable cups and even offer a discount!
Per (California) health code -
(a) Except for refilling a consumer's drinking cup or container without contact between the pouring utensil and the lip-contact area of the drinking cup or container, food employees shall not use tableware, including single-use articles, soiled by the consumer, to provide second portions or refills.
(e) Personal take-out beverage containers, such as thermally insulated bottles, nonspill coffee cups, and promotional beverage glasses, may be refilled by employees or the consumer if refilling is a contamination-free process as specified in subdivision (a).

What is your return/warranty polices?
We do not accept any returns - All sales are final.
Manufacturer defects/damages from shipping will need to be reported within 2 weeks from your delivery date to receive a replacement unit. Please email hello@bumblercup.com with photo proof.
Personal damage (ex. dropping your Bumbler, putting your Bumbler in the dishwasher on accident, placing your Bumbler next to a fire-pit/excessive heat and melted...) within 2 weeks will be subject to a one-time replacement free of charge :) but we require you to cover shipping costs. Anything reported after 2 weeks will be subject to a one-time $5 per unit replacement cost plus shipping.
Can I put my Bumbler in the dishwasher?
We highly recommend hand washing with a soft kitchen sponge or towel to keep the Bumbler lasting a long time. DO NOT use the course side of the sponge or you will scratch your cup. Use the straw cleaner or similar product to keep your straws clean!

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is auto calculated by our preferred shipping partners based on location and weight. We do not mark up shipping.
When will my Bumbler ship?
Stocked items will ship out within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.
Will Bumbler be coming out with different sizes and types of cups?
Bumbler Cup focuses on a realistic practically of daily use. If our cup shape doesn't fit in a car's cup holder or if our material choice is too expensive for the customer, it really limits how often and how many customers will be using a reusable cup instead of single-use.
